Returns and Exchange Policy


Coffeelorian does not offer a cash refunds. The policy is only for "Store Credit Refund" Only.

Returns are only accepted provided it meets the following guidelines:

  • Factory or manufacturer's defect / wrong item delivered.

  • Return within 7 days upon receiving of the item.

  • Item must be with packaging and in good/original condition.

  • Items that don’t follow the guidelines will not be accepted.


  • Cost of the returns will be shouldered by the buyer.

  • Declare minimum shipment and value. We have the right to refuse any returns for duties and taxes charged to us.

  • Shipping is non-refundable. Store credit is only for the item purchased.

  • We do not offer cash refunds. We only offer store credit in exchange for returns. This is our policy.

  • Discounted and clearance items cannot be returned.
