The AeroPress coffee maker is a new kind of coffee press that uses the optimal
brewing process: proper temperature, total immersion, and rapid filtering. This results in amazingly delicious coffee with intense, rich coffee flavors but without the bitterness and high acidity you get from the over extraction of slow brewing like with a French press. The AeroPress can also be used to make cold brew coffee in around two minutes. The AeroPress can make 1 to 3 cups of hot coffee per pressing in about one minute and 1 to 3 cups of cold brew coffee in about two minutes.
